Cancellation/No Show Policy:
Diane For Curls is not a regular salon. It is a solo stylist studio  designed to give you , the Curly Girl, one on one time that you so deserve.
There is a waiting list for these two hour appointments. Given this, it's easy to see why last minute cancellations and no shows are a serious problem. They create a two hour open block of time, with not enough time to fill that spot. So -
Twenty four hours notice is required for cancellation. A fee of half the service scheduled will be charged when this policy is not followed.

Before your visit
Send an email to me at [email protected] including the following:

1. Name and contact information (phone, email) 
2. Pictures of your hair front, side and back
3. A list of products you use
4. Your regular hair care routine

​ Information that is also helpful includes your past haircut experiences, likes and dislikes about your hair, and what you would like to accomplish, both long and short term. 

Preparation for your appointment:
   Please look carefully at the ingredients in all your products.   Any product containing these ingredients must not be used beginning now !
  Any ingredient ending in cone. These are silicones
  Sulfates or derivatives
  oils
  Shea Moisture or Cantu products

     All of these create a barrier to the moisture your curls so desperately need. This coating is also difficult to remove. If you come in with a coating I will need to do a detox, which involves additional time and cost.

On the day of your appointment
Please come in with your hair untangled and free from heavy products (this is very important) and as curly as possible. This facilitates your custom curl-by-curl cut. Anything I can answer for you? Ask away!
