Many of you have asked why the move to a new location? Here's the short answer : I wanted a place just for curly girls, where we are free to explore new products and techniques , resulting in the best possible curls for you. Curly girls are unique , aren't we? We are so educated and are constantly searching for the newest ways to achieve those beautiful curls. We have tried so many products in our search, looking for that perfect combination. And when we have a great hair day, we want to duplicate everything we did :from products, how it was drIed, how we slept , even what we ate for breakfast! Remember, you have beautifully textured curls. As Lorraine Massey, author of Curly Girl: The Handbook says : embrace the ambiguity ! I love that ! It means our hair does look different depending on so many things, but that's ok. What's important is we learn to love what we have, no matter what.
To get back to the why I moved, it's my friends in Curly Hair Artistry who were my inspiration. These passionate Curly Artists from all over the world are truly inspiring . Those of us in Curly Hair Artistry are all about the curl, and only about the curl. I have learned so much from them, and at any time of my day I can ask a question and will get a flood of answers. Who can ask for a better more for supportive group?
